How Shotelle collects, uses, and protects your information

Shotelle ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website photoshootgenerator.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Service, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Photos and content you upload

To generate product photography, you upload images — such as garment photos or reference model photos — together with your generation settings. These images and settings are sent to our servers and processed by our third-party AI model providers to produce your results. Your uploaded and generated images are stored in cloud storage so you can view, manage, and download them from your dashboard.

Please do not upload images containing personal or sensitive information that you do not have the right to use, or that you would not want processed for the purpose of generating product imagery.

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address. If you sign in with a third-party provider such as Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider.

Payment information

Purchases are processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We receive and keep records of your purchases, subscriptions, credit balances, and refunds.

Usage data

We collect basic, largely anonymous usage information — such as pages viewed, features used, browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address — to understand how the Service is used and to keep it secure.

Cookies

We use essential cookies that are required for the Service to function, for example to keep you signed in. We may also use analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage of the Service. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the Service: process your uploads, generate images, and deliver your results
  • Create and manage your account, credits, subscriptions, and purchase history
  • Process payments, invoices, and refunds
  • Monitor for abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, and keep the Service secure
  • Respond to your questions and provide customer support
  • Understand aggregate usage so we can improve the Service

Your uploaded photos are used only to generate your results. We do not sell your photos or use them to train our own AI models, and we require our third-party AI providers to process your images solely to deliver your results.

Data Retention

Your uploaded and generated images remain available in your account until you delete them. When you delete an image, or when you close your account, the corresponding files are removed from our systems or scheduled for removal. Delivery of your results does not guarantee the immediate deletion of underlying files or records, and we may retain certain records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as billing and fraud prevention.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share your information only with the service providers described below, only to the extent needed to operate the Service, and with public authorities where required by applicable law. Analytics providers receive only aggregated or anonymized data.

Third-Party Services

We rely on the following categories of providers to operate the Service:

  • Cloud hosting and storage — our website, database, and image storage are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure.
  • AI processing & underlying models — third-party generative AI models and inference platforms process your uploaded images and prompts solely to generate your requested outputs. Our underlying AI models include:
    • Flux (Black Forest Labs) — for high-resolution image rendering and photorealistic background synthesis.
    • Nano Banana / Google Gemini — for multimodal visual analysis, virtual try-on, and garment drape preservation.
    • OpenAI GPT Image — for creative visual rendering and image composition.
    • Cloudflare Workers AI (including LLaVA and Llama models) — for image captioning, taglines, and distributed inference.
    • Cloud inference providers such as fal.ai and Cloudflare to execute these models securely.
  • Payment providers — third-party payment processors handle billing, taxes, and refunds.
  • Email delivery — transactional emails such as account verification and purchase receipts are sent through an email delivery provider.

These providers are bound by contract to handle your information securely and only on our instructions.

Data Security

We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for data in transit, restrict access to personal data on a need-to-know basis, and apply industry-standard practices to protect our systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may request closure of your account. You can delete your images at any time from your dashboard. For other requests, email us at support@photoshootgenerator.com with a subject line such as "Personal data access request", "Personal data deletion request", or "Account closure request".

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and we aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
